Shipping Information
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Tracking Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at raveers@outlook.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the courier's schedule. We work with multiple couriers to ensure cost-effective shipping, allowing us to pass on savings to you.
- International Deliveries:
- Rural Deliveries: Please allow extra time for deliveries to rural areas.
Acceptance of Goods
- Inspection: We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you encounter any issues, please notify us right away.
- Return Window: Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your goods. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We're pleased to offer a 14 days return, giving you ample time to return items after receiving them.
Eligibility for Returns:
For an item to be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at raveers@outlook.com to initiate the return. We'll provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return Authorisation: Please note, returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to avoid any issues.
Damages & Issues:
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings
- Sale items or clearance items
- Gift boxes

Refunds and Admin Charge:
Please note that a £3 admin charge will be applied to the total order value for all refunds. This charge covers processing fees and handling costs associated with your return. The refunded amount will be the total value of your order minus the £3 charge. Important: The £3 admin fee excludes delivery charges. Any original delivery costs paid at checkout will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed.
